The board has established licensure requirements for behavior analysts providing ABA services. The board is now accepting applications for licensure. Passed to ensure prompt payment of health insurance claims submitted by health care providers
Health insurers in the state now will have 45 processing days to either pay a claim or deny it, removes previous provision in state law that allowed health insurers to indefinitely suspend claims
